Hi, I’m Erika!
I’m passionate about helping people feel their best, which is one of the many reasons I became an RMT. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring each treatment to their individual needs while using firm pressure as a foundation. Sessions may include deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, stretching, and a relaxing rhythmic flow.
Outside of the clinic, I love staying active through running, cycling, and climbing. Being involved in these activities gives me a deeper appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and recovers, and helps me better support clients with their own movement, performance, and recovery goals.
I believe the benefits of massage therapy go beyond the treatment itself. Understanding how adaptable and resilient the body can be is an important part of the healing process. By combining hands-on treatment with education, my goal is to empower you to move better, feel better, and reach your fullest potential.
